Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jacksonville Town Center

One of my favorite stays all year. Front desk was awesome all around! They were very responsive, respectful and helpful. The location is close to a bunch of places to eat, shop and explore. A huge assist to this property is Ashleigh! Wow was she great. She goes above and beyond for her guest, from putting out fires for the entire hotel and making sure I was taken careful throughout my entire stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the staying Jacksonville area !

First of all I’m always in Jacksonville and I’ve stayed at pretty much every hotel in baymeadows. But holiday in express/ suite on Brightman is the best overall. Mac the manager is always so helpful and makes my stay an experience. The rooms are beyond clean and has an inviting smell like resorts. This hotel is definitely a 5 star with reasonable prices.

This is a great hotel! Everything was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the blinds blocked out all of the light. We loved the pocket door that closed from the sleeping area to the bathroom area. People were able to get ready in the morning without waking others. This was a great place to stop on our way to Disney. Highly recommend!

Being a short distance away from the St. Johns Town Center means you have immediate access to hundreds of retail stores and some of the best restaurants in Jacksonville. Whether you are there for business or a weekend getaway, the ability to bypass heavy traffic and walk or take a short drive to your destinations is a massive advantage. Exceptional Customer Service What truly sets this property apart, however, is the staff. The customer service is proactive and genuinely helpful. On a recent stay, I encountered a minor issue with my AC; rather than just sending a maintenance ticket for the next day, the night manager came to the room personally to fix the unit immediately. This level of hands-on care is rare in mid-scale hotels and demonstrates a real commitment to guest comfort. The Rooms The rooms are consistently great—clean, modern, and spacious. The beds offer the signature Holiday Inn comfort, and the workspaces are well-designed for those needing to catch up on emails. Verdict: Between the premier location and the standout service, this is easily the most reliable stay in the area. It feels less like a standard roadside hotel and more like a well-managed urban retreat.

We have stayed here twice now when in town for travel softball. The proximity to shops and so many food options is great. It's also a great spot between the ball fields. The staff at this hotel has always been courteous and welcoming. We love the text check in feature. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are perfect. We recommend this to other parents on the team and we will stay here again.

From the moment I walked through the door, manager Ashleigh Love made me feel welcomed. She knew exactly who I was despite never having stayed here before, and went above and beyond to make sure my reservation met my needs. Her warmth and smile were a bright spot in my day. She clearly cares about the guests & greeted several returning customers by name as they arrived. Ashleigh was prepared with keys and check in was very quick. The lobby, common areas and rooms are all very clean.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is perfectly situated in the bustling St. Johns Town Center shopping district, with tons of great restaurants and stores just steps away — a real plus for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms were spotlessly clean and super comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi were excellent bonuses, and the convenient proximity to the Mayo Clinic and local attractions made this hotel an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area.
